Combine any of the following fabulous team building events into your visit to Niagara's Wine Country! Most events listed below run approximately 2 hours. After that, let us whisk you through lush vineyards and farm country to tour and taste at wineries, dine in a vineyard or winery restaurant, visit shops and pubs in a historic town, and enjoy the day!
Abracadabra: The 'Magic of Collaboration'
Working in small groups, you learn and perform a variety of amazing magic tricks. The skill set necessary to effectively perform a magic trick closely resembles that required to successfully perform in the business world. Corporate magician Anthony Lindan has developed a fun, interactive and motivational learning workshop experience.
Customized Corporate Mystery
Whether a hotel, winery, restaurant, or convention centre... you and your group will be immersed in the comedy and drama of a different kind of entertainment experience as you work together to collect clues, problem solve, and use your communication and creative thinking hats to discover the answers and solve the mystery.
Lets Wing It: Improvisation for All!

Theatrical Journey: An Interactive Adventure
Part live theatre, part scavenger hunt, part mystical adventure, and part walking tour, Mystery On The Lake performances are all presented in an environment of mystery and intrigue as groups of twelve work together experiencing the fun of teamwork in collecting clues and solving puzzles.
A Piece of Cake Takes the Cake
Come together by baking together! In teams, you and your group will prepare some creative cakes using Chef’s expertise and team collaboration. Recreate your company logo, a key product within your business, or anything else the Cake Boss wants.
Cook-off Challenge
Fun and interactive! We customize a culinary challenge and provide teams with a "black box" of basic food ingredients, kitchen tools, cooking equipment, and the opportunity to "win" more ingredients and/or the use of fancy kitchen equipment. Suggestions include The Great Meatball Challenge, Chili Cook- Off Contest or other customized themes.
That Wine Struck me Blind
This blind wine tasting challenge will test your wine knowledge through an interactive team based challenge. Hidden amongst the 30 acres of teaching vineyards will be five tasting stations. Each team must make their way through the vineyards to locate stations and decipher which wines they are tasting while not letting other teams know their progress.
Wine Me, Dine Me, Satisfy Me
Get the whole Team involved in this cooking experience of culinary excellence. The techniques for your special menu are first demonstrated, before organizing you into teams for an evening of culinary fun and gourmet excellence. Each team is kitted out for the occasion with an apron and then you will help prepare a fine-dining 5-course meal.
Amazing Woodend Geo-Caching Trek – Bruce Trail, Niagara Escarpment
Working in teams, groups will be required to decipher written clues (in poetry & rhyme) taking them from location to location within this two hour trek through the Woodend Conservation Park. Through the trek, teams will be further challege by competing in cooperative games.
Green With Envy
Encompassing the iNspiration and the Vision of You. GREEN with ENVY is designed to challenge even the most creative team into creating a unique miniature golf hole. During this 3 hour program, we’ll transform an empty space into a challenging and obstacle rich Mini Putt Course; to which each team will participate through. Each team’s Mini Putt hole should be a reflection of their ENVY. (Encompassing the iNspiration and the Vision of You)

Journey of the Senses
Love a fun challenge? This is it! Everyone loves a Scavenger Hunt! Now imagine being part of a scavenger hunt with a twist - not knowing that you are involved in a scavenger hunt until it is too late!  Upon arrival at Niagara College Wine Visitor + Education Centre, the group will be split into smaller groups. Each group will have a different location to commence what they think will be their “tour of our facilities”.Â

Quest for the Best
The race is on! You and your group will divide into teams and battle to the finish using clues to guide you from checkpoint to checkpoint. However, this is no ordinary race! Each team will encounter different activities and challenges that promote teamwork and collaboration, while testing the mind and body. The first team to successfully complete all challenges using clues earned along the way will be crowned “Amazing Chase” Champions!
The Eco Smart Winery Tour
Progressive and concerned Niagara wineries launched a sustainable winemaking / winegrowing program in 2007. Learn how they did it and how they are significantly reducing their carbon footprint and producing better quality wines, as we take you on informative seminars complete with wine tastings at 3 of these award-winning wineries, starting with a tour of Balls Falls Conservation's LEEDS certified Centre for Conservation.
The Great Gorge Challenge
Take your team on an exhilarating close up and raw view of the Niagara Gorge like you have never seen it! Teams will experience fresh air, the peaceful sound of tranquility and the roaring feel of the Niagara rapids while they transcend almost 200 feet down the gorge eventually leading to the Niagara River rushing by at about 40 km/hour. Interactive and collaborative teaming games will be introduced throughout the hike to strengthen leadership and communicative skills.
The Race to 1812
This unique entertainment format is appropriately dubbed, “Theatre that moves you!”, since participants travel between a variety of related venues. In your role as one of the stars of “The Race to 1812”, your team will work together collecting clues, solving puzzles, and getting assistance along the way from a cast of oddball character actors. Part amazing race, part scavenger hunt, part historical adventure, and part interactive theatre, this MOTL experience has teams competing against the clock .
